Delivery
Each piece is handmade. Currently, the processing time is 3-7 working days.
UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man
- Royal Mail Tracked 24, estimated delivery: 1-2 days, £4.25
EU and other European countries
- Tracked, estimated delivery: 5-10 days, £6.50
Canada
- Tracked, estimated delivery: 5-10 days, £6.50
USA
- Tracked, estimated delivery: 5-10 days, £7.00
Australia, New Zealand
- Tracked, estimated delivery: 5-10 days, £6.50

We are based in Sheffield, UK.
Duties
All orders outside of the UK (except the USA) are shipped with import duties and taxes unpaid. The recipient of the shipment is responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We're not responsible for delays due to customs.
USA
Since 29 August 2025, all orders sent to the USA are shipped with import duties and taxes prepaid. You will not be charged any fees upon delivery of your order (shipping is Delivered Duty Paid - DDP).
Refunds, returns and cancellations
Refunds
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to arrange a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Please contact us at help@626elements.com with details of your online return request.
We will only accept goods undamaged and in the original box. Please be aware that shipping fees are non-refundable (UK and international deliveries), and we cannot provide refunds for import duties or taxes on international deliveries.

Returns
UK returns
We recommend returning the items by Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For delivery, to ensure your order is safely returned to us.
International returns
If returning from outside the UK unfortunately we cannot be liable for any custom or import charges. We recommend using a recorded standard service and please mark the shipment as a "RETURN" or "RETURNED GOODS" so that we are not charged custom or import tax. If such charges are incurred when the item is returned, this will be deducted from the refund.
All U.S. orders are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). If the item is returned the DDP taxes (10% of the order subtotal) already incurred will be deducted from the refund.
Unfortunately, we do not cover the return postage of items returned for an exchange or refund unless the product is faulty.
For exchanges, all of the above conditions apply. The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the replacement item(s) and for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
Custom-made items (custom orders) are not eligible for exchange.
Please note we cannot be held liable for any missing returns and it is the responsibility of the customer to safely return their item to us.
